Support
Contact the TossDock and TossIt team by phone or email. Find the right support channel and the details to include so we can help.

Both applications are Beta.Support during the Beta is staffed by the TossDock team rather than by a rota, so there is no published response time yet and this page does not pretend otherwise. Anything that looks like a safety problem — a restricted site, a hazard in a Clean Zone, somebody in danger — should go to the local emergency number first and to support afterwards.
Call TossDock / TossIt
Our toll-free business line is 1-888-867-7044 (1-888-TOSS-044). If we miss your call, leave your name, callback number, and a brief message.
Where to write
Using TossIt
A submission that will not send, a photograph that will not upload, an access pass that did not arrive, a hold that has not cleared, or anything the app did that you did not expect.
Include what you were doing and roughly when. If you can still open the app, the build label on the diagnostics screen is the single most useful thing to paste in.
Using TossDock Pro
A run that is missing work, a scan that will not read, a load you could not accept or refuse, or an alert that did not arrive.
Say which operator you work for and which screen it happened on. Never send a customer's card details, a password or a screenshot of one.
Privacy, your data, or deleting your account
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, a question about the disclosure on this site, or starting a deletion.
Deletion has its own page because there is detail worth reading before you start.
Operators and prospective operators
Zone qualification, deployment, commercial terms and anything about the TossDock Pro partnership.
This is the B2B path and is answered by the TossDock team rather than by app support.
What to include
- Which app, and whether it is on iPhone or Android.
- The build label from the app's diagnostics screen, if you can still open it.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Roughly when it happened, and the town or zone you were in.
What never to send
- A password. Nobody at TossDock will ever ask you for one.
- A card number, a CVC or a photograph of a card. Card details live inside Stripe and support cannot read or use them.
- A government identity document. Nothing on either app requires one.
Finding the build label
Each application carries a screen that reports what the build is and what it is connected to. It is the fastest way to answer “is this the build with the change, and is it pointed at anything” without anybody guessing.
- TossIt: Account → Build and connection.
- TossDock Pro: Account → Build and connection.
The screen shows the build label, whether an operator service is connected, which tenant the build talks to, how sign-in loaded, and the last few requests as method, path, status and duration. No sign-in token, no card detail and no personal data appears on it, which is what makes it safe to read out or photograph and send in.
Configuration problems are shown, not hidden. If a build is missing something it needs, that screen lists the problem by name rather than the application quietly behaving as though the service were there. If you see one, send it exactly as written — it names the setting.
